The activities for the day include team building, creating some community personas, and developing our mission and goals. Please make an effort to attend - this will be important for us as a board to form the base of everything we want to do this year. We also have a lot of new board members! If you are unable to attend the entire afternoon, consider trying to get there for part of the day.
